SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within 2-4 business days.

  • Next-Day Shipping: Delivered within 1-2 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

Shipping Locations:
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

 

Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:
UN-Y is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, you can return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at +1 (786) 871-7244 or support@un-y.com to initiate the exchange process.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

Customers are responsible for paying their shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.​
